Report a lost or stolen card immediately 24/7 at 800-272-7328 or 281-285-4551 (local and international). Once reported, we will immediately block the lost or stolen card. Contact SECU's Member Services to reissue your card via Net24 Online Banking Secure Messaging Center. Relevant fees will be charged for replacement cards and PINs.
If your card is inactive for six months or longer, contact SECU to reactivate it. If a card is left in an inactive state for a year or longer, the card account will be closed and all accumulated ScoreCard Rewards points will be lost.
Manage your travel plans using SECU’s My Cards feature in your Net24 Online Banking or Mobile App. Select “manage cards” to enter the dates and location for your travels.
If there is suspicious activity on your debit card, EnFact will notify you for verification purposes. These notifications may come by mail, email or a phone call form a fraud representative. If you are ever in doubt about an EnFact notification, call the SECU number listed on the back of your debit card. Learn more about SECU’s card security measures.
