Unauthorized Transactions
If an unauthorized transaction was posted to your account, you can dispute the charge and report fraud online.

Lost/Stolen Cards
If your card is lost or stolen, call Card Services immediately at (281) 285-4551 or toll-free at (800) 272-7328 to report it to VISA.
Select option 2, option 3, and then option 4 for Debit
Select option 2, option 4, and then option 4 for Credit

Identity Theft
If you suspect that your identity has been compromised, please contact SECU immediately for assistance.
Email addresses obtained from unrelated company data breaches are sometimes used for fraudulent activity. Members may check whether their email address has appeared in known breaches using a trusted external resource:

- Change passwords on important online accounts
